Agentes Adair, Antoine, Colby Trotter monitorear y crear el caos en el universo. Los bocetos que ves durante la mayor parte de la muestra son diferentes sujetos monitoreados. Al final de cada episodio todos los dibujos y los personajes se unen en un boceto final. Además de todos los bocetos, tienen otros segmentos donde los agentes UCB aventurarse con cámaras ocultas y tratar de incorporar el contenido de sus bocetos bizarros en el mundo real.
